Extended Christmas Returns

We have extended our returns policy for the festive period. All products purchased as a Christmas gift can be posted back to us for a refund or an exchange by or before 15th January 2018.

The returns process is simple. Locate the return slip in the original package you received. Please fill this out and include it with your returned item. It’s important to include a completed return slip as we cannot identify you as the sender without one, potentially delaying your refund.

The returns address label should be affixed to the outside of your package. Make sure your item is adequately protected to prevent damage and send it to the following address, using a signed for courier service.

Please note: unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of embossed items due to their bespoke nature.

We regret that we cannot refund associated shipping and handling costs. Your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for the refund to appear in your credit or debit card account.

Timescales

Our close partnerships with the most reliable couriers in the business allow us to offer you a range of delivery services, including Saturday and expedited delivery.

Shipping in the U.S. should be expected to take between 2-3 days for express delivery and 5-10 working days for standard delivery.

Free US Delivery when you spend over $150

 

We have organized some extremely competitive rates with our couriers, meaning we can offer you the service you deserve.

Considering product price, weight and location allows us to calculate individual prices. Simply add your desired product into your shopping basket and input both location and postcode in the “shipping quote table”.  Voilà – you have a quote without the hassle of checking out!

All appropriate tax and VAT will be removed from the price of the product when exporting goods outside the UK. Please note that we accept no responsibility for any duties or import charges within these countries.

Repairs

If your product needs a little extra care, just email or call our experienced customer services team, who will be happy to help you. Then simply send the item to the address above and we will aim to get the item back to its former glory as quickly as possible.
