Taxes & Duties +

In order to ensure that you receive the most accurate pricing, taxes and delivery costs, we recommend that you make sure to select your location from the list of shipping destinations in the top right hand corner.

When exporting goods outside the EU, all appropriate tax and VAT will be removed from the price of the product. Please note: we take no responsibility for any import and duties charges within these countries.

Embossed Items +

If you have selected personalization, your order may take an addition 2-3 days for delivery due to the additional process involved. Our efficient embossing team are always striving to get your embossed items to you as quickly as possible, however.

Our Returns Policy +

You have 30 days from purchase to return any of your item(s). Please note that items must be returned in the same condition as delivered. Items may not be accepted if they are damaged or not in the same condition. Personalized items are not eligible for return.

Please note: returns should be adequately packed. We cannot be held responsible to any damage the item may occur due to insufficient packaging, and we are also not liable for any damage to the item from tears, abrasions or general misuse when in your hands. In these cases, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Repairs +

If you feel that your item needs some TLC, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. They will analyse the issue and determine whether it is covered under our 25 year warranty. If it is covered, return your item back to us and our team will keep you informed about its repair progress.

25 Year Warranty +

Each of our handcrafted leather products comes with an industry-leading 25 year warranty. We fully believe that our designs stand the test of time as they are impeccably sourced and built in Italy, the heart of the leather industry.

Our warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, however it does cover manufacturing issues such as faulty locks, zips or wheels. Depending on the issue, your repair work will take place at our factory in Italy or our head quarters in England. We will strive to repair your item as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Embossed Items +

We cannot accept embossed items for return due to their personalized nature. If you would like to return an item for embossing, we are more than happy to action this for you.
