Can I return unwanted items?

All items can be returned unused within 30 days of receipt.

Is everything in stock?

In most cases, yes. We receive several large deliveries each week and our warehouse is always well stocked. You also have the option to check stock status once an item has been added to the shopping basket.

We have built strong relationships with the most highly respected couriers in the industry, allowing us to offer a worldwide delivery service. Delivery times will vary, depending on the service you have selected; however, we always try to offer an expedited service if required.

How much does delivery cost?

We have extremely competitive rates, thanks to the volume of items we dispatch and our strong connections with the best couriers. Delivery cost depends on type of the service selected and speed. To obtain a shipping quote, simply select your location and postcode once you have added an item to the shopping basket.

Do your products have a warranty?

All of our products are of extremely fine quality and come with a 25-year warranty on manufacturing faults. We will undertake any necessary repairs resulting from manufacturing faults on zips, stitching, clasps, linings etc. free of charge (you only pay the cost of postage). Please note, we cannot be responsible for abrasions, tears or damage from misuse; however, we will be more than happy to restore your product to its former glory for a reasonable fee.
