When is the last date for Christmas delivery? +

To ensure that your delivery is with you in time for Christmas Eve, please place your order before 2pm on 19/12/18 (US delivery).

What is your policy for personalized gifts? +

In order to product truly unique and special gifts, our embossing service is the ideal option. We use a heat embossing method to stamp letters into the grain of our full grain leather to create an item individual to you or your recipient.

Due to the personalized nature of these items, we cannot accept returns. We are happy for you to choose personalization and return your item back to us once you are satisfied that you would like to keep the product.

Do you have a gift wrap service? +

Our Gift Wrap team are always prepared to create the most beautifully presented gifts for you to give to your loved ones. We use the highest quality wrapping paper and silk ribbon to ensure our wrapping reflects the quality of the gift inside the box.

 

Do we have a gift card service? +

For an effortless approach to Christmas gift shopping, our luxury gift card service is the ideal approach. A wonderful surprise for your friends and family, treat them to a gift card this Christmas for an effortless but still thoughtful way to treat your loved ones.

You will receive a exquisitely presented gift card to give to the recipient along with a unique code for them to redeem their voucher at the checkout when shopping at Maxwell – Scott online.

What is our Extended Returns Policy +

During the festive season, we offer an extended returns policy so that your recipient is able to return their gift if necessary. From November 1st 2018 onwards, all purchases are eligible for return up until January 15th 2019.

Do we have offers over the Christmas period? +

On 1st December 2018, our Advent Calendar will launch with a new offer to redeem every day from the 1st until the 24th December 2018. These offers will expire after 24 hours so be quick and keep checking for offers throughout the month.

Can I return unwanted items? +

Unwanted items can be returned if it is within 30 days of purchase. All personalized items cannot be returned due to their individual nature. Items should be returned with the returns form filled out and in the same condition as delivery. If an item has been damaged, we will not accept it as a return.

Is everything in stock? +

Yes, in most cases. If an item is out of stock, you can pre-order it and our customer services team will update you with an estimated delivery date.

When and where can you deliver my order? +

We offer highly competitive delivery rates around the world and use the most respected courier services. Once placing your order, you will have the opportunity to track your parcel through the courier’s tracking system. Delivery times will vary on location however we always aim to offer a fast and efficient delivery service.

How much does delivery cost?

Our international delivery rates are highly competitive within the industry. We offer a selection of delivery options and the cost will depend on the location, weight and size of the parcel and speed. You can obtain an accurate shipping quote at the checkout by inputting your postcode.

Do our products have a warranty?

All our items come with a 25 year warranty as we are incredibly proud of our craftsmanship. If you have an item that is faulty, it is best to contact us directly. From there, we can analyse the issue and have you send the item back to us for repair.

We will undertake any necessary repairs resulting from manufacturing faults on zips, stitching, clasps, linings etc. free of charge (you only pay the cost of postage). Please note, we cannot be responsible for tears, abrasions or damage from misuse; however, we can still repair for a reasonable fee.
