Julia, Marketing Manager

Describe yourself in three words.

Driven, energetic, optimistic.

What are you passionate about?

I’m passionate about languages and learning, about connecting people and ideas, keeping up to date with new trends and fashion and simplifying processes – personally and professionally. In my free time I’m passionate about maintaining a healthy lifestyle, traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Favourite travel destination?

For fun and adventure: Florida. To relax: Mallorca. City trip: Rome.

Top 3 things on your Bucket List?

Travel Australia, play Saxophone in a Jazz Band (again) and volunteer as a hospital clown for kids.

Favourite MSB product?

I have a special weakness for the travel bags. My favourite one, because it’s lighter in weight than the others, is the Fabrizio in chocolate brown.

What advice would you give your 20 year-old self?

Use being a newbie to your advantage and try to keep a fresh eye on things as long as possible. No one needs someone who has become routine-blinded. Be focused but not too focused. You sometimes have to take detours to reach your actual goals. And maybe on the way you discover something completely different you’d never thought of that you learn to love. Lastly, enjoy life!

Favourite quote?

Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful – Albert Schweitzer.
