  • Can I return unwanted items?

All items can be returned to us unused within 30 days of receipt.

  • Is everything in stock?

Usually, yes. Our UK warehouse is always well stocked and we receive new deliveries each week. You can check the status of our stock once you’ve added your item to the shopping basket.

  • Where and when can you deliver my order?

We offer worldwide delivery and use some the most highly respected couriers in the industry. Delivery times vary dependant on the service selected. However, we always try to offer an expedited service if required.

  • How much does delivery cost?

We’ve managed to negotiate extremely competitive rates with our couriers due to the volume of items we dispatch. The delivery cost is dependent on speed and type of the selected service. To obtain a shipping quote, select your destination country and enter your zip code once you have added an item to the shopping basket.

  • Do your products have a warranty?

We’re confident our products will last; all products come with a 25-year warranty on manufacturing faults. We will undertake any necessary repairs resulting from manufacturing faults on zips, stitching, clasps, linings etc. free of charge (you only pay the cost of shipping). Please note, we cannot be responsible for tears, abrasions or damage from misuse; however we can still repair for a reasonable fee.

  • My product is damaged, how can you help me?
