Our Service
The addition of our embossing service ensures that tradition is married with individuality so that your luxury leather gift can be one of a kind. After all, fine detail and master craftsmanship are at the heart of everything we do.
At Maxwell-Scott all of our Italian Leather gifts can be personalized as standard with up to 6 characters. Longer personalization can be requested depending on the product and personalization required for an additional charge upon request. Characters can be embossed in blind (no colour), or in coloured foil in gold, silver or copper. Whichever you choose, our embossing service is perfect for elevating smaller gifts such as cardholders and key rings, or for subtly personalizing your investment Italian leather briefcase.
Please Note :
- If you opt for personalization on your purchased item(s), please allow an additional 48 hours for the embossing process during busy periods. Where possible, we will send out your items to you within the first 24 hours.
- Due to the unique nature of embossed items, unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of an item that has been personalized.
- For any special requests, please contact our Customer Service team and we will endeavour to fulfil your enquiry.
Our Colour Options
Our embossers based at Maxwell Scott HQ in England use a traditional hot foil method to emboss your chosen letters onto the leather surface of our bags and accessories.

We use our expertise and experience to determine the best placement of the lettering for your personalized leather gift, appropriate to the design of each product.
If you have any questions regarding the positioning of the letters or how many letters will fit on a specific product please contact us via the contact us page.
The price for embossing is a $20 flat fee for up to 6 characters.
Where an item requires specialised personalisation with more than 6 characters or complex positioning, this will incur additional costs. Please contact us for a bespoke quote via email [email protected] or call us on 917 795 4392.
Please note that our Croco leather cannot be embossed due to the textured finish of the leather.
