Fine dining together may be off the cards, but it’s not all bad news: we’re delighted to let you know that our team are operating as usual with safety measures in place, which means we can continue to sign, seal and deliver every expertly crafted Italian leather gift with love – wherever in the world you may be.
Indulge In Gift Wrap
All of our small leather goods come beautifully presented in a keepsake box, but our gift wrap option allows you to add elegant silver paper, a ribbon and gift card too. For larger items, our gift wrap option will add a luxury keepsake box, grosgrain ribbon and gift card to your purchase.
If you’d like to add a thoughtful gift message for your loved one, please specify this in the delivery note window – alternatively, you can email our Customer Service team with your chosen message.
Make It Personal
For that extra special touch, you may wish to personalise your gift by taking advantage of our in-house embossing service. A set of initials or date of up to 6 characters can be heat-stamped into your chosen leather in coloured foil, making your gift truly memorable and unique to them. Choose from gold, silver, copper or blind to complement your gift.
It is possible for us to emboss your gift with over 6 initials or even a short quote at an additional cost, depending on your chosen product and the nature of personalisation. For longer personalisation requests, please do contact us directly for more details.

Gifting FAQs
Yes! There’s no need to worry about telltale receipts. If you’ve chosen our gift wrapping service, we’re also able to personalise your notecard for you: please do notify us accordingly, via our contact form, so we can accommodate your wishes.
N.B. Please note that if the payment of the order is made with an American Express Card the delivery can only be made to the billing address for the card. This is required of us by American Express.
Although we’re sure they’ll love their Maxwell-Scott gift, we do offer exchanges and returns within 60 days of ordering on all non-personalised items.
For UK orders, Next Working Day Delivery is free or Timed Next Working Day Delivery is available at a small cost. For US/AUS orders, Standard Delivery to the US is free or Express Delivery is available at a small cost. Kindly note that personalised gifts will take 24-48 hours longer to process and be delivered, even if Next Working Day of Express Delivery is selected. Personalised orders will be sent on the selected delivery service once the personalisation has been applied to the product.
All of our products are wrapped with care as standard. However, an additional gift wrap service is a paid-for service and can be applied to your order.
