This was my third Maxwell Scott bag ordered in classic tan. The bag is gorgeous and as always the shipping is ridiculously fast. I ordered with the gift box however it cam without it. The customer service is wonderful as they refunded the charge for the box immediately once I notified them. The classic tan and chestnut tan are darker than they appear on the website but still very beautiful bags. Again I wish all their bags came with a dust bag or offered as an additional purchase. My second bag was the messenger which is now discontinued and this one came with a dust bag. The messenger also was a very nice bag. Thanks again MSB.
