    WONDERFUL product. I did a substantial amount of consumer research as I looked for a quality leather briefcase for my boyfriend that was under $500. I live in NY, and you'd be surprised at how difficult it is to find one even here. The Maxwell Scott case didn't disappoint. It looks professional and is of excellent quality -- even the hardware is top level and looks great. I had originally debated getting one of the bigger briefcases, but as it turns out there is more than enough room in this for my bf to fit everything he needs on most days. My dad saw what I got him, and now he wants one too. There wasn't even a close second to this bag on the market.

    Extremely happy with the quality and design of the Lorenzo. With the recent slimming down of laptops, I find the large briefcase and outdated necessity. The Lorenzo is stylish and perfect for business essentials. As I moved from my old bag to this one I found the items that didn't fit, I'd been carrying daily for no reason.

    Its incredibly difficult to find a quality brief case capable of holding a MacBook Air and iPad which is only 50mm wide. After much searching I came across this beauty. Its very well constructed, the leather is superb and very stylish. I really like to minimise what I carry and most cases encourage you to carry too much because they have the space. I am delighted with it and highly recommend it. If I have a niggle its that the pen holders are not big enough to fit a pen such as a Mont Blanc or Parker Duofold but it does hold an Apple Pencil perfectly.

You may argue that the prices of MS products are significantly higher than comparative products; but so is the quality! The MS customer services team were extremely informative and pleasant when sending across my notification for personalising and processed my order quickly and efficiently; giving updates along the way. I received my bag within 2 days and was extremely happy with the product, the leather, stitching and embossing exceeded expectations and certainly warranted the price tag.     Can I send my gift directly to the recipient’s address?

    Yes - there are no receipts to remove as we are now paperless, ensuring your gifting experience remains special. If you’ve chosen our gift-wrapping service, we can also personalize the notecard for you. Please enter your personal message in the box on the product page when selecting gift wrap as an option and we will hand write your message with care.

    N.B. Please note that if payment is made with an American Express Card, the delivery can only be made to the billing address for the card. This is required of us by American Express.

    Can my loved one exchange their gift for another colour or style?

    We’re sure they’ll love it, however just to offer you that peace of mind, we gladly accept exchanges and returns within 60 days of receipt of goods. This excludes personalized items that cannot be returned.

    How soon can my order be delivered?

    For UK orders, Next Working Day Delivery is free or Timed Next Working Day Delivery is available at a small cost. For US orders, Standard Delivery free or Express Delivery is available at a small cost. For AUS orders, there is only the option of Express Delivery, which is free. Kindly note that personalized gifts will take 24-48 hours longer to process and be delivered, even if the Next Working Day or Express Delivery is selected. Personalized orders will be sent on the selected delivery service once the personalization has been applied to the product.

    How will my gift be presented?

    We pay attention to every detail, ensuring that all of our products are carefully wrapped and attentively presented as standard, with our Maxwell-Scott monogrammed tissue paper and emblem sticker. To add an extra special touch, we offer a gift wrapping service to professionally wrap your gifts with luxury, environmentally friendly materials. This additional service can be applied to your order for USD$16.00. Smaller goods will be showcased in a luxury presentation box wrapped in bespoke matte-finish navy paper, ribbon and gift card. Larger goods will be showcased in a luxury presentation box, finished with ribbon and a gift card. Our premium quality gift wrap is made using 70% recycled materials, FSC certified paper and is fully biodegradable and compostable.

    Positioning

    The placement of the lettering is unique to each product, our professional in-house embossing team uses their skill and experience to determine the very best placement according to the product. You’ll be able to find an example of the lettering positioning within the imagery on each product page.

    Additionally, if you have any further questions regarding the positioning of the letters or how many letters will fit on a specific product please contact us via the Contact Us page.

    Pricing

    The price for embossing is a $20 flat fee for up to 6 characters. If you require specialised personalization with more than 6 characters or complex positioning, we can arrange this as a bespoke option with additional costs incurred.     Please note that our Croco leather cannot be embossed due to the textured finish of the leather.

    Ordering & Delivering

    Due to the bespoke nature of our premium in-house embossing process, please allow an additional 48h for personalized items, particularly during busy periods. Where possible, we will endeavour to send out your items within the first 24 hours. Please note that unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been personalized as they have been uniquely crafted to meet your specifications. If you’re unsure, we’re more than happy for you to purchase an item and return it to us to be embossed, once you are pleased with your purchase.
