    I first saw Maxwell Scott products at the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2008 and was so impressed with the quality that I ordered the Farini Holdall. The delivery arrived within two days as promised - amazing service. My wife and I were so impressed with the quality and low weight, (we plan to use the bag as carry-on luggage), that we immediately ordered a second one. This also arrived within two days of ordering. We are now looking forward to using these bags on a regular basis, enjoying the quality and versatility of them....marvellous!

    I bought this bag for my husband's 40th birthday. I did a lot of research and found Maxwell Scott. When I ordered the bag, the factory was on holidays and didn't have one in stock. Your service was amazing, you notified me the whole time as to the progress of my order, and I was so very impressed. Then... the bag arrived. It is even better than the pictures show! It is of such good quality. We live in Australia and my husband is Italian, so can be very picky about quality, but he absolutely loves the bag, so thank you so much!     I received my dark-chocolate Farini bag some time ago, but waited until I had used it a few times before writing a review. I have to say that it has lived up to all expectations. The quality and workmanship of the bag are beyond question, and it is, as it says in the product information, the perfect size for use as cabin luggage. It is roomy enough to carry sufficient for a 2-3 nights-away trip (if you tend to travel "light", as I do), including a laptop and a few essential documents. This will be my cabin bag of choice from now on. For me, the only thing missing is a zippered pocket on the outside of the bag, where passport, boarding cards, kindle etc. could be stored for quick, easy access (but that's just a personal preference). Overall, an excellent, high quality product.

    The first piece I bought from Maxwell Scott was the Pratello toiletry bag. I was surprised by the quality and design. The Farini bag is sturdy, looks nice and has enough space for some clothing and my camera. Guess it will become a travel companion.

    I could not be happier with my Farini bag. As I have come to expect from Maxwell Scott, the design, quality and craftsmanship of this bag are absolutely first class and inspire confidence that it will certainly outlast the 25 year garuntee. It's sized perfectly for airline carry-on and the "floor to floor" zip makes packing a breeze. As always, the service from Maxwell Scott has been exemplary and, to repeat, I could not be happier with this bag.

I bought the leather flight bag as my trips are shorter and didn't need such a large bag. I also have the Maxwell Scott briefcase. I get tons of compliments from strangers in the airport and hotels on these bags. Men and women carrying LV and Gucci look on in envy. Everyone carries LV these days (80% are likely fakes)...but I love the exclusivity of Maxwell Scott. I liken LV to a Patek Phillipe watch. Stylish, expensive but finicky, and doesn't look great after travel. Maxwell Scott is the Rolex of bags. Great looking, but very durable and practical and priced appropriately. Buy with confidence.

    Can I send my gift directly to the recipient’s address?

    Yes - there are no receipts to remove as we are now paperless, ensuring your gifting experience remains special. If you’ve chosen our gift-wrapping service, we can also personalize the notecard for you. Please enter your personal message in the box on the product page when selecting gift wrap as an option and we will hand write your message with care.

    N.B. Please note that if payment is made with an American Express Card, the delivery can only be made to the billing address for the card. This is required of us by American Express.

    Can my loved one exchange their gift for another colour or style?

    We’re sure they’ll love it, however just to offer you that peace of mind, we gladly accept exchanges and returns within 60 days of receipt of goods. This excludes personalized items that cannot be returned.

    How soon can my order be delivered?

    For UK orders, Next Working Day Delivery is free or Timed Next Working Day Delivery is available at a small cost. For US orders, Standard Delivery free or Express Delivery is available at a small cost. For AUS orders, there is only the option of Express Delivery, which is free. Kindly note that personalized gifts will take 24-48 hours longer to process and be delivered, even if the Next Working Day or Express Delivery is selected. Personalized orders will be sent on the selected delivery service once the personalization has been applied to the product.

    How will my gift be presented?

    We pay attention to every detail, ensuring that all of our products are carefully wrapped and attentively presented as standard, with our Maxwell-Scott monogrammed tissue paper and emblem sticker. To add an extra special touch, we offer a gift wrapping service to professionally wrap your gifts with luxury, environmentally friendly materials. This additional service can be applied to your order for USD$16.00. Smaller goods will be showcased in a luxury presentation box wrapped in bespoke matte-finish navy paper, ribbon and gift card. Larger goods will be showcased in a luxury presentation box, finished with ribbon and a gift card. Our premium quality gift wrap is made using 70% recycled materials, FSC certified paper and is fully biodegradable and compostable.

    Positioning

    The placement of the lettering is unique to each product, our professional in-house embossing team uses their skill and experience to determine the very best placement according to the product. You’ll be able to find an example of the lettering positioning within the imagery on each product page.

    Additionally, if you have any further questions regarding the positioning of the letters or how many letters will fit on a specific product please contact us via the Contact Us page.

    Pricing

    The price for embossing is a $20 flat fee for up to 6 characters. If you require specialised personalization with more than 6 characters or complex positioning, we can arrange this as a bespoke option with additional costs incurred. Please contact us for a bespoke quote via email at [email protected] or call us on 917 795 4392.

    Please note that our Croco leather cannot be embossed due to the textured finish of the leather.

    Ordering & Delivering

    Due to the bespoke nature of our premium in-house embossing process, please allow an additional 48h for personalized items, particularly during busy periods. Where possible, we will endeavour to send out your items within the first 24 hours. Please note that unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been personalized as they have been uniquely crafted to meet your specifications. If you’re unsure, we’re more than happy for you to purchase an item and return it to us to be embossed, once you are pleased with your purchase.
