Love the bag; it's of a very high quality. While I am happy with the service, the downside was that I could not get the matching holdall within the timescale (approx 3 weeks) due to issues with the manufacturers. However, the service provided by, and the attempts to resolve this issue from Maxwell Scott staff were exemplary, and I could not have asked for more effort to be made. Consequently, 9.5 marks out of 10! Well done. Nothing beats good customer service!

I bought this bag for my wife. Delivery time only 4 days to the Philippines. The quality of the bag is second to none. Unfortunately my wife does not want to use it, because it looks very big for her height (145cm). But no problem, I love it and will hopefully enjoy it for many years to come. Thank you guys.

We honour the traditional technique of vegetable-tanning to dye our leathers. The industry's most sustainable tanning method, natural tannin extracts are rubbed into the grain of the leather to produce a rich and authentic finish.
We believe in creating leather heirlooms with character. We therefore do not coat our leathers with any synthetic substances. They are stripped bare and exposed to life's elements to develop a unique and desirable patina on the surface of the leather over time.
