I ordered this washbag for my boyfriend for Christmas. I was immediatley told that they were out of stock - when I rang customer services they were really helpful and let me know when they were expecting new ones in - and as promised, more stock came in, on time, and I received the quality washbag in time for Christmas. Really efficient and helpful. The washbag is beautiful quality and much better priced than any I could find of similar quality in big department stores. Really recommend. One suggestion: when I have bought high quality leather goods from other retailers they often come in a simple logo drawstring dustbag cover - this would make an etra nice finishing touch for such a premium product at not much extra cost. Many thanks for providing me with such a great Christmas gift!

My wife bought this leather washbag for me as a birthday present back in May. I love the size, feel, quality and leather of the washbag, but I have to say that the way it closes and the running of the zip are not as brilliant as I have come to expect of other MS items I have bought. The zip is a bit coarse and doesn't run particularly freely and the way that the zip has to go over a 90 degree 'hump' when the bag closes is not ideal either.

I have just used my new tan washbag on a weekend away and I am delighted with it. The medium size easily holds everything I need, while fitting neatly into a small case. The leather is beautiful quality and smells divine. It's also very robust and I can see it lasting a long time. The only slight niggle is the zip which is a bit fiddly owing to the shape of the washbag. However, this doesn't detract from the overall quality of the product and I would highly recommend it. It definitely won't be my last purchase from Maxwell Scott!
