    I first purchased one small bag, to be honest to check the quality . The fact we now have two small, two medium and two large holdalls as well as a vanity case says it all.
    5 Simply stunning
    Purchased this bag for my daily commute to work, gym and back. On the first day people have used adjectives like "gorgeous" "beautiful","stunning" and so on when they saw my bag. This bag would hit you with 3 senses ; beautiful design, super smooth texture and amazing smell of leather. I can also feel the strong passion of this company to give the customer an amazing experience they would get by owning this. I honestly cannot wait to get another item from them for a special occasions, for myself and for my loved ones. Thank you
    5 Surpassed my expectations
    I wanted a luxury bag for my many flights and 2-3 day business trips to Europe. The FleroS is absolutely perfect! I love it so much. It's just the right size - small yet large enough for my laptop, shoes, three shirts, a pair of trousers, toiletries, etc. I'd read the great reviews but when the bag arrived it surpassed my expectations - the craftsmanship, the feel of the leather and the smell... wow that smell still puts a smile on my face!

    5 Two products, two happy consumers!
    First I ordered a briefcase for my one daughter's boyfriend, and he was beyond thrilled, even was complimented on it at a job interview( at which he got the job after he was asked to open it, and was told they were impressed by his organization). Then second daughter's boyfriend saw said breifcase, and had me exchange a different overnight bag I had gotten him for Christmas for a Maxwell Scott duffle, as the leather was so far superior to "equitable" competitor. He too was beyond happy with the product.

    5 Lives Up To The Hype!
    I spent months looking for a quality leather weekend bag. I was hesitant about purchasing the item online. Therefore I went to all the high-end brick and mortar leather retailers but nothing from their selections fit what I was looking for. A search on Amazon pulled up Maxwell Scott. After doing some research on them I took a chance and ordered the FleroM in Chestnut Tan. The bag is better than described. The pictures do not do it just. The leather is the high quality rich looking finish that I was looking for. I have a $2,000 leather briefcase. When I carry this bag with it, they look like they were purchased as a set. Also, unlike most leather weekend bags, this one comes with a leather strap. Maybe it is just a personal taste thing. But I think that the nylon/cloth straps that come on a lot of high-end leather weekend bags just make them look cheap. I could not be happier with this purchase. The 25-year warranty is a nice bonus too.
    5 Absolutely fantastic
    I received my bag on Friday having only ordered it on Sunday, was emailed on Monday by Georgia explaining it was currently out of stock and there would be new stock in by the end of the week.I emailed Georgia back and said I was more than happy to wait. The bag arrived on Friday having been emailed once again to let me know it was coming and arrived at the exact time that I was given. It was perfectly packaged and when I opened it I was the happiest man in Wrexham the bag is absolutely stunning down to the last detail this certainly won't be the last time I use Maxwell Scott would highly recommend it to anybody I would just like to finish by saying a big thank you to all concerned.

    Can I send my gift directly to the recipient’s address?

    Yes - there are no receipts to remove as we are now paperless, ensuring your gifting experience remains special. If you’ve chosen our gift-wrapping service, we can also personalize the notecard for you. Please enter your personal message in the box on the product page when selecting gift wrap as an option and we will hand write your message with care.

    N.B. Please note that if payment is made with an American Express Card, the delivery can only be made to the billing address for the card. This is required of us by American Express.

    Can my loved one exchange their gift for another colour or style?

    We’re sure they’ll love it, however just to offer you that peace of mind, we gladly accept exchanges and returns within 60 days of receipt of goods. This excludes personalized items that cannot be returned.

    How soon can my order be delivered?

    For UK orders, Next Working Day Delivery is free or Timed Next Working Day Delivery is available at a small cost. For US orders, Standard Delivery free or Express Delivery is available at a small cost. For AUS orders, there is only the option of Express Delivery, which is free. Kindly note that personalized gifts will take 24-48 hours longer to process and be delivered, even if the Next Working Day or Express Delivery is selected. Personalized orders will be sent on the selected delivery service once the personalization has been applied to the product.

    How will my gift be presented?

    We pay attention to every detail, ensuring that all of our products are carefully wrapped and attentively presented as standard, with our Maxwell-Scott monogrammed tissue paper and emblem sticker. To add an extra special touch, we offer a gift wrapping service to professionally wrap your gifts with luxury, environmentally friendly materials. This additional service can be applied to your order for USD$16.00. Smaller goods will be showcased in a luxury presentation box wrapped in bespoke matte-finish navy paper, ribbon and gift card. Larger goods will be showcased in a luxury presentation box, finished with ribbon and a gift card. Our premium quality gift wrap is made using 70% recycled materials, FSC certified paper and is fully biodegradable and compostable.

    Positioning

    The placement of the lettering is unique to each product, our professional in-house embossing team uses their skill and experience to determine the very best placement according to the product. You’ll be able to find an example of the lettering positioning within the imagery on each product page.

    Additionally, if you have any further questions regarding the positioning of the letters or how many letters will fit on a specific product please contact us via the Contact Us page.

    Pricing

    The price for embossing is a $20 flat fee for up to 6 characters. If you require specialised personalization with more than 6 characters or complex positioning, we can arrange this as a bespoke option with additional costs incurred.     Please note that our Croco leather cannot be embossed due to the textured finish of the leather.

    Ordering & Delivering

    Due to the bespoke nature of our premium in-house embossing process, please allow an additional 48h for personalized items, particularly during busy periods. Where possible, we will endeavour to send out your items within the first 24 hours. Please note that unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been personalized as they have been uniquely crafted to meet your specifications. If you’re unsure, we’re more than happy for you to purchase an item and return it to us to be embossed, once you are pleased with your purchase.     Often imitated but never matched, our high-quality full-grain Vachetta leather is unrivalled due to three essential components:
    1. HIDES - we source only European hides reared in perfect conditions, ensuring tough and durable leather with a quality finish.
    2. TANNING PROCESS - we use a natural centuries-old technique of vegetable-tanning which is both organic and sustainable.
