    I had recently bought my wife a Maxwell Scott case and was delighted with the quality. So it was natural to buy my case from M.S., too. The FleroEL is big but not too big so as to be excessively heavy, for me. I travel quite a lot mainly around the UK, in my car but I also wanted a bag for use on holidays abroad with air travel. I am delighted with both cases and they served us well on our recent trip to Venice. Checked in, survived and carried all we needed. I'll be back.

    I had been looking for many years for a leather over night bag of good quality so when I discovered the Maxwell Scott brand on the internet, I set about researching reviews and products. I ordered the bag on the Thursday and it arrived Monday in Australia! I was worried I'd spent all this money on something I'd never actually seen however, upon opening the box, I soon realised I'd made the right choice. The bag is exceptional in every way. The colour, the workmanship, the quality of the leather, the zips etc. I was so very pleased with the overall bag - so worth every cent. Thank you Maxwell Scott. I will treasure it forever.

    My first purchase with Maxwell Scott. Quality and the smell of the leather is impeccable. The EL (Chestnut) was nice and big (not carry on size) which is what I wanted. My only regret is not getting the personalization done. Used for 3-4 day business trips in the Northeast US with plenty of room - it worked perfectly. Have since ordered 2 other accessories and plan on ordering the Gladstone soon. Shipment to US was the fastest I've ever experienced for INTL ordering. 3 days from order to delivery. Excellent all the way around. Lifelong customer - no other leather will do after experiencing this level of quality. Have recommended them to everyone I know
    5 Such a thing of beauty I bought another one
    I bought my first Flero EL (Chestnut) about two and a half years ago. Truly beautiful - sumptuous leather, lovely fittings, flawless craftsmanship. The smell of the naturally tanned leather is intoxicating. The first one still looks like new despite numerous road trips around the UK and Europe. However, the beauty of a really large bag is not having to worry about having to pack things in tightly and sometimes even one very large bag just isn't quite enough - hence, I am now the proud owner of an identical monogrammed pair. Two and a half years apart they really are identical in all respects - just as I'd hoped. They slot very nicely into the boot of my sports GT. Travel in style, arrive in style, unpack in style . . . Not cheap but superb value for what they are.

    5 Two products, two happy consumers!
    First I ordered a briefcase for my one daughter's boyfriend, and he was beyond thrilled, even was complimented on it at a job interview( at which he got the job after he was asked to open it, and was told they were impressed by his organization). Then second daughter's boyfriend saw said breifcase, and had me exchange a different overnight bag I had gotten him for Christmas for a Maxwell Scott duffle, as the leather was so far superior to "equitable" competitor. He too was beyond happy with the product. Only issue is I wanted it monogrammed, and online said it could be monogrammed, but through the whole order process, no opportunity to add it on.

    Can I send my gift directly to the recipient’s address?

    Yes - there are no receipts to remove as we are now paperless, ensuring your gifting experience remains special. If you’ve chosen our gift-wrapping service, we can also personalize the notecard for you. Please enter your personal message in the box on the product page when selecting gift wrap as an option and we will hand write your message with care.

    N.B. Please note that if payment is made with an American Express Card, the delivery can only be made to the billing address for the card. This is required of us by American Express.

    Can my loved one exchange their gift for another colour or style?

    We’re sure they’ll love it, however just to offer you that peace of mind, we gladly accept exchanges and returns within 60 days of receipt of goods. This excludes personalized items that cannot be returned.

    How soon can my order be delivered?

    For UK orders, Next Working Day Delivery is free or Timed Next Working Day Delivery is available at a small cost. For US orders, Standard Delivery free or Express Delivery is available at a small cost. For AUS orders, there is only the option of Express Delivery, which is free. Kindly note that personalized gifts will take 24-48 hours longer to process and be delivered, even if the Next Working Day or Express Delivery is selected. Personalized orders will be sent on the selected delivery service once the personalization has been applied to the product.

    How will my gift be presented?

    We pay attention to every detail, ensuring that all of our products are carefully wrapped and attentively presented as standard, with our Maxwell-Scott monogrammed tissue paper and emblem sticker. To add an extra special touch, we offer a gift wrapping service to professionally wrap your gifts with luxury, environmentally friendly materials. This additional service can be applied to your order for USD$16.00. Smaller goods will be showcased in a luxury presentation box wrapped in bespoke matte-finish navy paper, ribbon and gift card. Larger goods will be showcased in a luxury presentation box, finished with ribbon and a gift card. Our premium quality gift wrap is made using 70% recycled materials, FSC certified paper and is fully biodegradable and compostable.

    Positioning

    The placement of the lettering is unique to each product, our professional in-house embossing team uses their skill and experience to determine the very best placement according to the product. You’ll be able to find an example of the lettering positioning within the imagery on each product page.

    Additionally, if you have any further questions regarding the positioning of the letters or how many letters will fit on a specific product please contact us via the Contact Us page.

    Pricing

    The price for embossing is a $20 flat fee for up to 6 characters. If you require specialised personalization with more than 6 characters or complex positioning, we can arrange this as a bespoke option with additional costs incurred.     Please note that our Croco leather cannot be embossed due to the textured finish of the leather.

    Ordering & Delivering

    Due to the bespoke nature of our premium in-house embossing process, please allow an additional 48h for personalized items, particularly during busy periods. Where possible, we will endeavour to send out your items within the first 24 hours. Please note that unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been personalized as they have been uniquely crafted to meet your specifications. If you’re unsure, we’re more than happy for you to purchase an item and return it to us to be embossed, once you are pleased with your purchase.
