Having already bought a Scala bag in March from Maxwell Scott Bags I knew the quality would be there (I'm continually getting comments from strangers telling me how nice my bag looks). My old key case needed replacing, so, I decided to buy one to match my bag. I did look at other less expensive key cases, but the phrase "you get what you pay for" is very true. My old one, which I bought locally, only lasted 12 months, so I figured, if I lash out and pay £35.99, it will have paid for itself if it lasts 3 years. Quality is brilliant (not unexpected!), nice and sturdy key clips in a nice compact design. Very pleased with it, but then I knew I would be!

I purchased this key wallet in 2014 and it's been used almost every day and it looks better than new. I've found Maxwell Scott's leather goods just look better with usage. It is very well made as all of the Maxwell Scott items I have purchased (historically 6 items and last week 2 others bags, 1 for me and 1 for my wife) and today 3 other items.
I have found the them all extremely well made.
The leather quality is outstanding.
I have only purchased them in Chestnut Tan and the colour exudes quality.
And all my historical purchases have aged beautifully.

Looks every bit the product I decided to buy. Superior leather and the make has ensured an item with a very excellent quality. Not as big as some key holder cases that try to be multi-purpose with slots for currency notes, coins, credit cards, etc., but big enough to functionally hold 6 keys, though I would have loved it if it had a key chain or a detachable option for a car key. This omission, however, does not affect my 5-star opinion of the product. Though am yet to start using the case, I feel confident it's going to be long lasting, with a kind of leather that gets better with age.

This might not be the cheapest product you'll see but sometimes quality is well worth the cost. Every aspect of my transaction was outstanding. I actually received it even before the beginning of the estimated delivery timeframe. It was elegantly packaged, coming with detailed information about the construction of the key case, leather and care for the product.
Everything about the case reflects the high-end quality you would expect. There are no cheap materials or sloppy machine stitching involved in this case. The craftsmanship is obvious to anyone examining the item. The color, texture and finish of the leather are all top-notch. It is smooth to the touch with no rough spots and smell amazing! The interior has six key hooks and plenty of space to fit multiple keys on each. The case is larger enough that even full it is not stretched by having nine or ten keys inside. It also easily fits my key fob. This is a very classy product that will distinguish you as a very discerning shopper. The style is classic enough that it looks amazing equally well if I pull it out of a pocket in my jeans or my designer business suit.
If you purchase this key case you will not be disappointed in any way. It's something I carry around every day and I'm glad I was able to find a product that makes a bold statement about my taste in timeless elegance and world-class construction.

It is clearly a high-quality product, as it should be for the price. It was delivered very promptly, elegantly packaged and in line with the description... I have three average-sized keys plus a fairly thick plastic security tag fitted (i.e. four clips out of six occupied) and the wallet just clips shut comfortably - very suitable for my requirements. However, as others have suggested, I think six average house-type keys fitted would make the wallet difficult to clip shut - and more than one key per clip would make this impossible I think. For the price, I feel it is a pity the wallet is not slightly bigger, in line with one from another supplier I have been using for eight years successfully, costing originally less than half this price (I admit I had to replace this as recently two of the clips came loose).

This product is top notch! Very high quality leather with matching quality hooks. This is the quality of key case I had years ago and that had to finally retire. Since then, other similar cases have not lived up to my expectations. The only possible con that I see is that it is a bit longer than necessary, thereby adding unnecessary bulk to my pocket I was even able to put my GM keys on it. To do that though I had to use a razor blade to shave a very small amount of the plastic off the key where the hook surrounded it. These are long keys and there's still at least 3/4 inch of the case below them.

My elderly dad won't carry keys unless they are in a holder and they are hard to find nowadays. We tried a couple of cheaper ones and they did not last - this one is great. Had it a few months now and it is like new. Leather is softer and breaking in, but no signs of wear or weakness. No keys have fallen out like on one of the cheap ones, and the leather is high-quality Italian leather - soft, but thick and strong, not like the uber thin cheap one that wore out in two months. Guess you get what you pay for.
