    Can I send my gift directly to the recipient’s address?

    Yes - there are no receipts to remove as we are now paperless, ensuring your gifting experience remains special. If you’ve chosen our gift-wrapping service, we can also personalize the notecard for you. Please enter your personal message in the box on the product page when selecting gift wrap as an option and we will hand write your message with care.

    N.B. Please note that if payment is made with an American Express Card, the delivery can only be made to the billing address for the card. This is required of us by American Express.

    Can my loved one exchange their gift for another colour or style?

    We’re sure they’ll love it, however just to offer you that peace of mind, we gladly accept exchanges and returns within 60 days of receipt of goods. This excludes personalized items that cannot be returned.

    How soon can my order be delivered?

    For UK orders, Next Working Day Delivery is free or Timed Next Working Day Delivery is available at a small cost. For US orders, Standard Delivery free or Express Delivery is available at a small cost. For AUS orders, there is only the option of Express Delivery, which is free. Kindly note that personalized gifts will take 24-48 hours longer to process and be delivered, even if the Next Working Day or Express Delivery is selected. Personalized orders will be sent on the selected delivery service once the personalization has been applied to the product.

    How will my gift be presented?

    We pay attention to every detail, ensuring that all of our products are carefully wrapped and attentively presented as standard, with our Maxwell-Scott monogrammed tissue paper and emblem sticker. To add an extra special touch, we offer a gift wrapping service to professionally wrap your gifts with luxury, environmentally friendly materials. This additional service can be applied to your order for USD$16.00. Smaller goods will be showcased in a luxury presentation box wrapped in bespoke matte-finish navy paper, ribbon and gift card. Larger goods will be showcased in a luxury presentation box, finished with ribbon and a gift card. Our premium quality gift wrap is made using 70% recycled materials, FSC certified paper and is fully biodegradable and compostable.

Our prestigious leather is certified by the Genuine Italian Vegetable-Tanned Leather Consortium, a certificate of quality awarded to less than 1.5% of Italian tanneries.     Finest Full-Grain Vachetta Leather
    Often imitated but never matched, our high-quality full-grain Vachetta leather is unrivalled due to three essential components:
    1. HIDES - we source only European hides reared in perfect conditions, ensuring tough and durable leather with a quality finish.
    2. TANNING PROCESS - we use a natural centuries-old technique of vegetable-tanning which is both organic and sustainable.
    3. TANNERY - Our tannery is based in the heart of Tuscany, arguably the best region in the world. It has been awarded countless awards and delivers some of the 1.5% best leather in Italy. These factors combine to yield a premium, durable leather with exceptional visual appeal.
    A Unique Patina
    As time passes, a captivating patina will develop, subtly transforming its colour and aesthetic as it gracefully weathers the elements, a highly desirable characteristic of pure untreated leather, leaving a legacy of its journey. Unwanted marks and surface scratches can be effortlessly removed due to our slow process of drum-dying the leather all the way through, unlike faster methods of hand and surface dyeing. Our deep, earthy tanned leather is of unparalleled quality, allowing it to retain its natural strength, character, and properties without any alterations or corrections. In contrast, coated full-grain leather loses its appeal as it ages in as little as 12 months.

    We're committed to using a centuries-old technique that has remained unchanged for thousands of years. The process of vegetable tanning requires considerable time and patience, as our hides immerse themselves in drums for 60 days. We’ve always believed that the reward of sustainable, premium leather is worth the wait. With only 10-12% of the world's leather being vegetable-tanned due to quicker and cheaper methods of tanning becoming more prevalent, we are proud to honor the traditions and legacy of authentic leather craft passing the exceptional benefits onto our customers.

    Protects, Conditions & Restores

    The tight and durable structure of our leather means that scratches or marks from daily wear and tear can be polished out with ease. We believe that your cherished keepsakes deserve only the most special treatment, which is why we’ve introduced our very own premium Leather Balm. Produced locally from farm-to-tub, so you can rejuvenate, nourish and protect your leather. Completely chemical-free, this Leather Balm is all-natural and organic, moisturising your cherished keepsakes for a healthy glow and supple finish.

    Directions for use

    • Ensure the surface is clean and dry by dusting it off with a soft dry cloth.
    • Apply the Leather Cream sparingly using a clean, soft cloth in a circular motion until the area is covered.
    • Allow to dry and gently polish with a soft dry cloth for a natural finish.
    • We recommend choosing a small, discreet area to test on before applying to the whole product.

    How often to use
    Each leather bag or accessory has its unique journey to take, so maintain yours as needed. As a general guide, we’d recommend maintaining its quality once every 12 months.
    Due to the inherent properties of natural oils and beeswax, regular use may gradually help to develop a degree of waterproofing on your leather. If your product is caught in the rain, please follow our leather care instructions here.

    Ingredients: Beeswax, Castor Oil, Olive Oil, Coconut Oil and Vitamin E.

    Not suitable for suede, nubuck and patent. Keep the container tightly closed. Store at room temperature. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children.
